ZEISS at MMC 2017

Explore what we have planned this year...

  • Product Demo Slots

    Product Demo Bookings

Pre-booked demonstrations are available for both the GeminiSEM 500 and LSM 880 with Airyscan Fast.

These sessions are designed for 2-3 people and aim to help you get hands-on with the latest technology, using your own samples if you wish. You will receive expert advice from our Applications Specialists who will be on-hand to take you through the system and discuss any specific requirements you may have.

Please use the links below to reserve your preferred time slot - you may choose up to two slots if you require a longer appointment.

    LSM 880 with Airyscan Fast

LSM 880 with Airyscan gives you the unrivaled combination of fast superresolution and sensitive confocal image acquisition. What's more, the Airyscan detector can now be used in Fast mode - enhancing the acquisition speed by a factor of 4, without having to comprimise on image SNR.

    GeminiSEM 500

GeminiSEM 500 combines proven Gemini technology with a novel electron optical design to achieve better resolution, especially at low voltage. With 20 times greater Inlens detection signal, you will always acquire crisp images fast and with minimum sample damage.

  • Workshops

    ZEISS Workshops

Don't miss our range of hands-on workshops taking place at MMC this year.

Run by ZEISS applications specialists, these sessions will give you the opportunity to learn more about the practical applications of X-Ray, SEM and automated microscope systems.

All sessions are taking place in Workshop Room 2 and there is no need to pre-register.

  • On-Stand Products

    On-Stand Product Showcase

On the ZEISS stands at MMC will be a wide range of imaging technologies; from SEM and light microscopy through to confocal and automated systems. Scroll down to learn more about each.

    ZEISS Digital Classroom

The ZEISS Digital Classroom creates an interactive learning environment, using digital microscopes and the dedicated imaging app Labscope. This allows teachers to have remote visibility of all student microscope views and enables students to share their findings with peers and create video/image archives.

    Celldiscoverer 7

Celldiscoverer 7 combines the ease-of-use of an automated boxed microscope with the image quality and flexibility of a classic inverted research microscope. As your automated platform for live cell imaging, this sophisticated system can help you to acquire better data in less time.

    LSM 880 with Airyscan Fast

LSM 880 with Airyscan gives you the unrivalled combination of fast superresolution and sensitive confocal image acquisition.

  • Immersive Microscopy

    VR Immersive Microscopy

Modern ZEISS light, electron and X-ray microscopes produce large volumes of imaging data that span from the gigabyte up to the terabyte range. Thanks to innovative software solutions by arivis, it is now possible to visualise them either as volumes or segmented surfaces with virtual reality headsets.

On the ZEISS stand at MMC you will be able to experience applications for both materials and life sciences, as you are invited to try the immersive microscopy experience for yourself! Navigate the sample by simply moving your head and all hidden parts of the sample can be observed, discussed or even measured and analysed.

See how it works by watching the video below….
