After studying Physics, developing new light microscopy methods and applying them to Biophysics, Dr. Thorsten Kues joined Carl Zeiss Microscopy in 2002. Working in sales and sales support, he directed the Training, Application and Support Center.

Following several years in Product Management he is now responsible for Automated Microscopy within the Business Sector Life Sciences at Carl Zeiss Microscopy.
