Correlative Cryo Workflow Overview

Correlative Cryo Workflow Overview

Overview

This workshop provides a unique opportunity to learn advanced cryo microscopy techniques, including cryo CLEM, cryo FIB tomography, and cryo TEM lamella preparation, used to analyse samples in their near-native state. These workflows are key in generating high-resolution, 3D imaging of biological samples, offering insights at the nanoscale.

Learn more about these techniques, get support from experienced ZEISS specialists and exchange knowledge with your fellow researchers. Limited spots available — register early!

Date: Wednesday 11th December 2024
Venue: Charles Seminar Room and KB Gallery, Charles Institute Building, University College Dublin

Complimentary lunch included for all attendees

Why You Shouldn't Miss This Workshop

  • Learn the fundamentals of cryo microscopy research using light, electron and X-ray techniques
  • Gain insights into available imaging platforms, workflows and samples
  • Discover how cryo microscopy techniques apply to a broad range of biological research questions
  • Ask your questions to leading cryo experts
  • We will explore the challenges of cryo correlative microscopy and how to overcome them
