Multi-modality in diagnostics and imaging are increasingly becoming the standard of care. The ability to assess and compare the data from different imaging modalities can provide a new level of clinical confidence for proposing a treatment regimen that is customized to each patient's individual needs.
However, the question is… are today's multi-modality imaging practices effective and efficient?
For Glaucoma, we know that this is a disease of progression. Detecting progression requires identification of micro-changes in both structure and function. However, the relationship between structure and function in glaucoma can be difficult to correlate.
For patients with Retinal Pathologies, early detection and management is imperative for successful treatment outcomes. Subtle vascular changes are key to this success and may be captured using a combination of OCT, OCT-A and UWF imaging.
The ZEISS CET sessions at Optrafair will demonstrate how you can use multi-modal imaging technologies for diagnosing and managing patients with glaucoma or retinal diseases, whilst overcoming the challenges associated with acquiring data from separate devices.
The sessions will be delivered as an interactive discussion workshop and will include case to explain the value of using the Integrated Diagnostic Imaging platform.
