Robust and powerful

The Victory Diavari range is particularly noted for its high-performance optical design and uncompromising robustness. Both these characteristics make the riflescopes genuine all-rounders for virtually any application –and a range of features including different reticles, reticle illumination and the optional bullet drop compensator all serve to underline this claim of versatility. As a member of the Victory family these riflescopes live up to their reputation of being premium quality ZEISS products.

All models can be fitted with the ASV, whose simple and secure operation has become standard equipment for many hunters.

Here you find the top features of the Victory Diavari riflescopes.

High-performance optic

Exclusive glass types and the legendary Carl Zeiss T* multi-layer coating ensure over 90% light transmission.

Quick to find target

Wide fields of view deliver an optimum overview and make it easier for you to take aim quickly. Even with moving targets.

Tried & tested reticles

You have the choice of two classic, non-illuminated reticles.

High-performance optical design

Exclusive glass types and the legendary Carl Zeiss T* multi-layer coating ensure over 90% light transmission, and therefore create bright and high-resolution imaging with fine detail. The tried and tested Victory premium optics are available in three different versions and cover the majority of all hunting situations.

Quick to take aim and quick to find target

Wide fields of view deliver an optimum overview and make it easier to take aim quickly. Even moving targets can be targeted and shot at speed. The comfortable eye relief of min. 90 mm guarantees the necessary safety, even with the recoil from high calibres.

Tried and tested non-illuminated reticles

You have the choice of two classic, non-illuminated reticles.

The Reticle 4 is located in the 1st image plane, which makes it easy for you to measure distances in the conventional way. The Z-Plex reticle, available in the model 3-12x56 in the 2nd image plane, offers very low target coverage.

Tried and tested LotuTec® coating

Keep your target clearly in sight whatever the weather. Water simply rolls off the tried and tested LotuTec® coating, ensuring clear visibility even in rain and snow. This innovative protective layer also makes it quick and easy to remove dust and dirt.

Robust construction

The stable aluminium housing and the robust mechanics are designed for extremely highshot stability. Even the highest calibres cause no damage. The interior of these compact models is filled with nitrogen, which makes them resistant to condensation. All the versions with reticle 4 are available for either ring or rail mounting, while reticle Z-Plex requires ring mounting.

ASV ballistic concept

The ASV is an optional extra.

After measuring the distance, you can transfer that information directly to the ASV in a simple operation. The successful long-range shooting solution from Carl Zeiss provides precise bullet drop compensation for accurate aiming at all times.

Versatile mounting options

All models in this range are available with the tried and tested ZEISS rail mount or with the 30 mm ring mounting system. This means that there are virtually no hunting rifles that cannot be combined with the ZEISS Classic riflescopes.

You can choose between three Victory Diavari models.

Victory Diavari 1.5–6x42 T*

For both driven hunts and deerstalking, you can rely on this small all-rounder to ensure rapid target acquisition. Thanks to the higher magnification, the 1.5-6x42 even allows you to shoot at long range. This means you can enjoy greater flexibility on the hunt.

Reticles

Two non-illuminated reticles are available for the Victory Diavari models: Reticle 4 enables twilight shooting while the Z-Plex is designed for long-range shooting.

Reticle 4

non-illuminated

The "No. 4" is the most popular of the non-illuminated reticles. It can be used well on into the twilight.  Since this reticle is located exclusively in the 1st image plane on all current ZEISS riflescopes, the proportions remain the same in all magnification settings. This means you can also estimate distances. For this you simply need to know that the thin, central lines cover 1.5 cm at 100 m. This means that the space between the posts, at 70 cm at 100 m, corresponds to the approximate length of a deer at 100 m.

Reticle Z-Plex

non-illuminated

The equally fine Reticle Z-Plex also sits in the 2nd image plane. It therefore offers particularly precise aiming for long-range shooting in daylight. With the Z-Plex, the posts are in the shape of arrows pointing to the fine lines in the middle. This makes it possible to aim with great precision at particularly small targets.

Questions & Answers

Victory Diavari or Victory Varipoint iC – what is the difference?

Only non-illuminated reticles are available for Victory Diavari riflescopes.
The Victory Varipoint iC riflescopes are equipped with a dimmable illuminated dot, which is even suitable for hunting during the day. In addition, the illumination control is coupled to the operation of the rifle (Blaser R93 und Blaser R8) with the Victory Varipoint iC riflescopes.

What do the abbreviations mean?

Meaning of the abbreviations

FL
Binoculars or spotting scopes with glasses that contain fluoride (FL) for sharper, higher contrast images with significantly reduced chromatic aberrations; Fluoride Lenses; a special, high-quality sub-category of the ED lenses

GA
Previously used to designate Dialyt binoculars with rubber armour

T*
ZEISS T* multi-layer coating for extremely high transmission and low reflex susceptibility

MC
ZEISS multi-layer coating (multi coating)

P / P*
Phase correction coating on the roof prisms, which provide a higher resolution of the finest detail structures. All ZEISS binoculars with roof prisms use this coating

B
Previously used to designate binoculars that can be worn by people who wear glasses.
Now all ZEISS binoculars and spotting scope eyepieces are suitable for people who wear glasses, so the "B" designation is no longer used

S
Binoculars with mechanical image stabilisation

M
Riflescope models with ZEISS mounting rail.

iC
Riflescope with illumination control

ED
Extra low Dispersion = low chromatic aberrations

HD
High Definition. HD is not a type of lens. Instead it describes the result of the ED lenses: very good resolution

HT
High Transmission = lenses by SCHOTT with very good transmission properties.

SF

Smart Focus = Conventional binoculars require the focusing wheel to be turned 2.5 times in order to switch from the close focus to the maximum observation distance. The VICTORY SF only requires the wheel to be turned 1.8 times.
