Daily ‘Munch & Learn’ sessions | CET points applied for

Speakers: Douglas Orr (IP Optometrist, Orr & Simpson Eye Care) & Asim Sheikh (Optometrist, ZEISS Academy)

ZEISS will be holding daily ‘Munch & Learn’ CET sessions on their stand at Optrafair, offering participants a free lunch, brunch or afternoon snack. Hosted by Optometrists Douglas Orr & Asim Sheikh, the sessions will demonstrate how technology from ZEISS can help you to understand, diagnose and monitor glaucoma patients with confidence.

Join us to see how ZEISS glaucoma technology can help you to:

  • See it - Identify glaucomatous signs using the latest screening technology.
  • Assess it - Recognise and appropriately identify glaucoma with confidence.
  • Explain it - Deliver effective patient education and well-informed referrals.

The sessions offer a unique opportunity to experience the entire glaucoma suite from ZEISS; from essential pre-screening with the SL220 slit lamp, visual fields examinations with the HFA 3, to advanced OCT and fundus imaging with the CIRRUS photo and unique analysis using FORUM Glaucoma Workplace.

The hour will then conclude with an interactive case study session, featuring case histories from Douglas' practice in Ayrshire.
