Repair Service
How to have your ZEISS Binocular or Riflescope Repaired/Serviced:
Applies to UK only

We offer a service and repair facility carried out by experienced Zeiss trained engineers. You may either return your product through your dealer or direct to us by carrying out the following procedures:
  1. Download and print the Repair Form.

  2. Ensure all equipment is carefully packaged in bubblewrap and placed in a cardboard box.

  3. Complete the Repair form, including your name, address and daytime contact telephone number.

  4. Please provide full details of service/repair required and/or any faults.

  5. Please include your guarantee/warranty document if available (Any service/repair carried out by a non authorised repair facility will invalidate any warranty).

  6. Please send your binocular/riflescope by recorded delivery (we do not refund postage and packaging ) to:

Carl Zeiss cannot accept responsibility for any loss or damage during transportation.

You will receive notification of safe delivery of your goods quoting your reference number. Warranty repairs will be carried out free of charge, all non-warranty repairs will receive a fixed price quotation.

Please note that we do not repair binoculars that were manufactured by Carl Zeiss Jena (formerly the East German manufacturer).
