Do you need a high-content screening technology for tissue microarray applications, e.g. in the areas of drug discovery, gene expression and therapeutic antibodies?
With AxioVision TMA you acquire overview maps of your immunohistochemically stained or fluorescence-labeled tissue microarrays. The tissue cores are automatically detected, identified on the basis of their position in relation to each other and the coordinates stored in a position list. With the help of these positions you can generate high-resolution images in AxioVision and subsequently analyze them. You can count cells, quantify staining intensities or determine the percent positive of stained regions, for example.
