Direct measurement to CAD model
Our state-of-the-art CAD based CALYPSO and HOLOS measurement software allows direct comparison to CAD data, via IGES, DXF, STEP,VDA, PRO-E, Catia IV and V file formats and is widely used throughout Industry. We are also able to offer reverse engineering, providing the Data to transfer your component information into the CAD world.
High Accuracy Scanning Capability
Our measurement room is equipped with CMM’s from the ZEISS range encompassing high accuracy scanning. With a measurement range up to 1800 x 850 x 600 mm we cover most applications, larger components can also be accommodated with our horizontal arm machines up to 2400 x 1350 x 2000 mm.

CT Scanning services - Metrotomography
We are now able to offer a service for CT scanning of components:
- Accurate and non-destructive measurement of the internal features for complex parts and assemblies
- Defect detection and assembly analysis
- Non destructive reverse engineering of components both internal and external geometries
