Welcome to the second newsletter of Carl Zeiss "Division of Metrology".
We would like to invite you to an OPEN HOUSE at our new Technology Centre at Rugby on NOVEMBER 28th & 29th, 2006.
Within our new facilities we will be introducing & demonstrating the NEW CALYPSO software
4.4 , under the heading "Software for All" where we will show the possibilities to update CMM's not only from Carl Zeiss but also from other manufacturers.
We will of course also be able to demonstrate the advantages that this new Software offers to existing Calypso and UMESS users.
We are pleased to be able to offer the option now to install both Calypso and HOLOS software onto most CMMs, either manual or CNC operation and we will be able to discuss the most cost effective options with you.
You may be aware that we have introduced a Contract Measuring service offering capacity to companies for programming and measurement. Perhaps you have the occasional requirement for a more accurate or specialised measurement than your existing CMM allows or you need additional capacity, if this is the case then maybe we can
help you.
As a special feature of the open house we are proposing to provide a free 2 hour consultation to visitors who may be interested in contract measuring and who have not used this before. Details are given in the attached invitation .
