For those of you who have not visited us at our new
Technology Centre at Rugby may we extend our invitation to call in at any time for a coffee and to see our facilities.
We are situated only 5 minutes from Junc. 1 of the M6.
Within our new facilities we have introduced a Contract Measuring service offering capacity to companies for programming and measurement.
Perhaps you have the occasional requirement for a more accurate or specialised measurement than your existing CMM allows or you need additional capacity, if this is the case then maybe we can help you.

More and more we are asked by companies about the possibilities to update their CMM equipment, not only Carl Zeiss and Stiefelmayer but also those from other manufacturers. We are pleased to be able to offer the option now to install both Calypso and HOLOS software onto most CMMs, either manual or CNC operation.

NEW machine launch -
at the recent MACH 2006 show we launched the CONTURA G2 - "the next generation of customised scanning platform".
Providing a very competitive solution for small to mid sized companies and we have defined a completely new approach to purchasing these machines "Buy without risk" or "Pay by use", more detailed information is available with the link below.
Three versions of the machine are available with the optimum sensor being determined by your application. The CONTURA G2 is installed into our Technology Centre and demonstrations are available on request.

NEW product launch -
Companies are looking for complete measurement solutions extending beyond conventional CMMs. With the combination of ZEISS software - Calypso and HOLOS and CIMCORE portable arm technology we have the opportunity to fulfil this demand with an integrated solution for both measurement and reverse engineering.
The CIMCORE Infinite arm is installed into our Technology Centre and demonstrations are available on request.

X-rays show and measure what remains hidden to traditional 3D metrology
Carl Zeiss Industrial Metrology introduces METROTOM, a powerful computer tomograph for industrial quality assurance.
The system makes visible the interior of a workpiece normally inaccessible to probing or optical sensors. It is used to inspect the structure of material and also measures external features.
